OxRox cannot be held responsible for orders which are placed with the incorrect postage method resulting in delays or non-arrival of goods. If you require proof of postage or tracking for your purchase, then we recommend you choose these options. OxRox will not be held responsible for products which do not arrive unless a trackable postage option has been chosen.
It may take up to 48 hours to dispatch purchases from the time of successful payment. From time of dispatch your item(s) will arrive with you in the estimated times stated on our delivery options.
The customer will be notified of changes to the status of an order throughout the delivery process. Once the order is dispatched we will provide a postal tracking number if applicable.
Express Delivery (Tracked): 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri). Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed/dispatched on the day same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will not be
processed/dispatched until Monday.
